As if you are looking to place a refund request upon dissatisfaction of the services, you need to do the same within 15 days of availing the subscription. As our billing team receives the refund request, it takes 7-10 business days for processing the same.
Following policies have been formulated for processing of refund
-In case the request is made for the cancellation of PC repair services within 24 hrs from availing the subscription, no cancellation charges will be deducted from the amount and 100% refund will be credited in next 3-5 business days.
-If the licensed version of antivirus is installed on the device as per your consent, no refund will be credited upon cancellation of security services
-If the refund request is placed within 15 days of subscription, then 25% cancellation fees will be charged and the remaining amount will be credited to the bank or credit card account or mode of payment which was used to pay the subscription fees.
-In case the refund request is made after 15 business days, the 50% cancellation fees will be deducted from the subscription amount.
-Once the subscription date crosses 1 month or 30 days, no refund request will be entertained.
